Adel Tawil live at Uber Arena

Adel Tawil is to play at the O₂ World Berlin on 29 March 2014 to present his brand new debut album "Lieder". For the first time during the hiatus of his highly praised and successful band Ich + Ich, Adel Tawil will be touring Germany as a solo artist.

The Berlin born musician started his musical career at an early age by joining the German boy band The Boyz in the 1990s. However, it was not until 2005 that Adel Tawils ultimate breakthrough would come as part of the pop formation Ich + Ich together with NDW-legend Annette Humpe. While the duo’s self-titled debut album immediately entered the charts and remained in the Top 20 for weeks, the follow-ups "Vom Selben Stern" and "Gute Reise" even exceeded their initial success, climbing to peak positions right away. Despite numerous awards, including an ECHO for Ich + Ich, Adel Tawil is not one to rest on his laurels: He regularly joined collaborations with other German musicians such as Sido, Cassandra Steen and Chakuza, proving his astonishing multitude of talents. Together with Azad, he even provided the main title song for the American fiction series "Prison Break". His first solo album "Lieder", which will be out in November, promises to be full of finest pop music everyone can relate to.
