Charles Aznavour - One Night Only 2014 live at the o2 World Berlin
Chanson legend Charles Aznavour is set to return to Germany after more than a century. On 22 May 22 2014, the world star will present his greatest hits as part of his "Die Legende kehr zurück"-Tour.
The all-rounder has not only sold more than 100 million albums, but written a total of 1.200 songs and has featured in 80 movies as an actor. Inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and honoured as "Entertainer of the Century" by the CNN, Charles Aznavour is a musical performer par excellence. He has worked together with other world famous singers such as Celine Dion, Sting and Frank Sinatra and his wonderful chansons such as "La Bohème" and "For me formidable" prove his amazing songwriting skills. The Paris-born musician has also taken the trouble to learn several new languages in order for the perspective audience to enjoy the songs much more when they are sung in their own language. "Du lässt dich geh'n" for example is Aznavour's tribute to his German audience.
