The British singer rose to fame as a member of boyband One Direction. He not only participated in the group's success as a singer and performer, but contributed to the writing process of 37 of their songs.

His first solo single "Just Hold On" together with DJ Steve Aoki was released in 2016. Several other songs followed, wetting the fans appetite for an album and subsequent tour. The singles "We Made It" and "Kill My Mind" helped shorten the waiting time until the release of Tomlinson's first solo LP "Walls" which was released in January 2020.
