Premium Ticket Guide
On 1 November 2024, we launched a new ticket shop for the sale of Premium Tickets for events in the Uber Arena. You can now purchase Premium Tickets via the ticket platform AXS.com. Our Premium Ticket hotline is still available for you. Tickets purchased via the hotline will also be booked via the AXS.com platform.
Please note: With the introduction of AXS, tickets are only accessible via the Uber Platz app or the AXS app with your mobile ID. A smartphone is required.

Purchase of Premium Tickets on or after 1 November 2024 via the Uber Arena channels

Have you purchased a Premium Ticket via the Uber Arena channels on or after 1 November 2024? We use the ticket platform AXS.com to sell these tickets. Tickets are only issued as mobile tickets via this platform.
After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to retrieve your tickets.
How it works:
Download Uber Platz app: Download the Uber Platz app (available in the App Store for iOS and in the Google Play Store for Android) onto your smartphone or update the app you already have installed.
Log in and get your ticket: Log in to the app with the access data you created when you purchased your ticket. All purchased tickets will then be displayed in your account.
Transfer ticket: Easily transfer the tickets to your companions.
On event day: Show your Mobile ID and and the QR code generated in the app at the entrance.
*The newest version of the Uber Platz app needs to be installed. (Release November 12, 2024)
**Account credentials that were used in our previous online shop are not working with AXS. A new account needs to be created. -

You purchased a Premium Ticket via our online shop before 1 November 2024, specified ‘print@home’ or ‘Mobile Ticket’ as the delivery option and can no longer find your ticket?

Purchase of Premium Tickets via Eventim.de

If you have any questions about Premium Tickets purchased directly from Eventim.de, please contact the contact centre there directly.
Please note that Premium Tickets purchased from Eventim for events in the Uber Arena do not include a parking ticket.

Language Settings Premium Ticket Shop
The language of our current Premium Ticket Shop is set automatically depending on your location. Unfortunately it is not possible at this moment to manually change the language settings of the shop to English if it is shown to you in German.
