Premium Ticket Guide

Have you purchased a Premium Ticket via the Uber Arena channels on or after 1 November 2024? We use the ticket platform AXS.com to sell these tickets. Tickets are only issued as mobile tickets via this platform.

After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to retrieve your tickets.

To retrieve your tickets, you need the Uber Platz app* or the AXS app. Both are available in the App Store and Google Play Store.
Log in to the respective app with the account credentials** you created when you purchased your ticket. All the tickets you have purchased will then be displayed in your account.
The app also allows you to easily transfer the tickets to your companions.

On the day of the event, show your Mobile ID and your ticket in the app at the entrance.

*This function will be available in the Uber Platz app with the next update. This will be released in a few days. Until then, please use the AXS app.
**Account credentials that were used in our previous online shop are not working with AXS. A new account needs to be created.

You purchased a Premium Ticket via our online shop before 1 November 2024, specified ‘print@home’ or ‘Mobile Ticket’ as the delivery option and can no longer find your ticket?

Please note that Premium Tickets purchased from Eventim for events in the Uber Arena do not include a parking ticket.
